Dealers can also fax Great Planes on our dedicated fax line. Our online ordering system , Access + Pro, allows 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ordering freedom. With Access + Pro online ordering software, dealers can place orders when they want to and spend more time with customers.
Getting Product to Your Store
With an impressive 196,000 square feet of warehouse space in Champaign, IL. and another 197,000 square feet in Reno, NV. we are able to handle the flow of 60,000 products from over 600 manufacturers! When a shipment arrives at Great Planes, we are ready with dozens of receiving docks and plenty of space to stage shipments in priority order; out-of-stock and low inventory items are segregated first. Deliveries to Great Planes are checked-in and put on our shelves very quickly, giving you a higher fill rate (average of 90% or more) and allowing us to get the goods quickly into your store.
Returns Made Easy
When a dealer calls for authorization to return defective merchandise or reports a shipping error, we enter the items directly into the computer (much like an order). The computer automatically issues a Call Tag for the return and assures prompt and accurate attention when it arrives.
